Interested in one of our horses?
All horse are shown by appointment only. You must be
approved to adopt before we will set an appointment to
view a horse. Please visit our Forms page for an adoption
application. There is a $25.00 non-refundable application
fee.

Need to donate your equine?
Please email us with the following information; age, breed,
sex, height, training, health issues, training issues, stabling
requirements i.e needs stall, or can be in pasture with other
horses, why you need to donate your horse, and any other
pertinent information. We will let you know if we can accept
your equine and make arrangements for him/her to be
dropped off. We will also send you the paperwork that
needs to be filled out, or you can download the paperwork
from our Forms page. All accepted equines must have proof
of current vaccinations, or a donation of $50.oo is required
to vaccinate the equine. JD Acres is located in Elverta, CA
(Sacramento area) and your equine must be transported to
our facility, or transportation can be arranged for .90 cents
per mile, roundtrip, within Sacramento County, if outside
Sacramento County, email for a quote from a hauler.
